When camera pre-configuration is desired, this service is available for complete custom configuration by qualified factory personnel. We will work with you and configure the camera(s) with the desired user name, passwords, IP, subnet and gateway addresses as well as several other internal parameters that are available for camera optimization.

All IP information will be placed on a label that will be affixed to the camera for quick reference.
