After 30 days, the Annual Maintenance plan should be purchased which includes technical telephone support (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST) and software upgrades as needed for a period of one year, access to areas of our Support Site that require a login, and more.
This technical support is to be used for start-up assistance over the phone and is not intended to be a substitute for product training or application consulting services.
